We are so glad we chose your company to do our driveway. You have restored my faith in contractors. When our driveway was destroyed
by an unexpected thunderstorm in the midlde of your project, I thought we would be stuck with a pocked driveway for the next 25 years.
You assured me that you would make this right, I just didn't think you would remove and repour. Most subcontractors would have taken my
money and never come back. The village inspector came back and approved our driveway and three days later we had the driveway we
were looking for. I know our job probably ended up costing you money, but you did what you promised and we will always be grateful we
chose your company.

I was impressed with Keith's knowledge of stamped concrete. He was honest with us about your 4-6 week timeframe. Your estimate was
a little higher than the others but we decided to go with your company anyway. I liked the fact that you had an actual warehouse, I did not
feel comfortable sending a check to a P.O. Box. As it turns out, waiting 6 weeks was the best thing I could have done. I now have a
beautiful driveway and people knock on my door to ask who did it! I never get tired of giving out your number but you might want to send me

Dear Brian, Greg, Keith and Crew,

We have to comment on what a wonderful job you have done on our patio and pool
deck. It is purely elegant! We are highly recommending your company to anyone who
is interested in having concrete work done.

When we started our project, I had no idea as to whom to call for an estimate. I found
you through the Service Magic website and called you, as well as 3 other companies.
What made you stand out from the others were the references that Keith handed me
on our first appointment without my having to ask for them, his photo albums, and
knowledge of your product. I then checked out your website with all of the other
photos. Keith followed up weekly while we were going through the selection process
and sent me several more photos via email. Most impressive was your written
estimate that itemized everything, while your competitors itemized a scant few. And
we appreciated Brian’s additional concerns over the footings (or lack of what we
would find) under the 4 columns holding up the existing pavilion.

The real “wow” factor though, happened when the project started and we got to meet
the whole crew! What pleasant gentlemen! I had so many questions…I bugged
everyone with them…and each and every man would stop and fully answer my
concerns in detail. They were fun to watch working and they certainly do laugh and
have fun together. It was so pleasant to see this….and hard working I might
add…emphasis on the “hard working” with good attitude! This is a rare commodity in
this nation and we were very impressed. Each man had such a good attitude that it
can mean nothing other than a corporate attitude that filters down from the top. Bravo!

I am thrilled with our project…especially the pool coping change. It just looks
spectacular! You guys deserve big kudos for a job well done!!!
